Update: The 79-year-old woman reported missing from Rochedale South yesterday morning has been located safe and well.
Police would like to thank members of the public for their assistance.

Earlier: Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 79-year-old woman reported missing from Rochedale South.
The woman was last seen on Pindari Street around 3am this morning and has not been seen since.
Police and family hold concern for her welfare due to her suffering from dementia; causing her to become disorientated while suffering from confusion and loss of direction.
The woman is very friendly and may approach people to chat.
Police and SES are continuing to conduct searches and patrols in Rochedale South and surrounding suburbs.
Police appeal to the woman, or anyone who may have information regarding her whereabouts, to come forward.
