BRISBANE, Queensland, Dec. 22 -- Queensland Police Service issued the following media release:
A crime scene has been declared after a woman was found deceased in Caboolture this morning, December 22.
Around 12.10am, police were called to a Railway Parade address after a woman was found unconscious and not breathing.
She was declared deceased at the scene.
Investigations are ongoing.
