ACT Policing has charged a second man following avehicle theft and an aggravated burglary earlier this month.
Policeallegethatthesecond person,a29-year-oldQueanbeyanman,was involvedinthe break in of a home in Evatt where a safe was stolenon 2 October 2025.
The man was arrested yesterday (23 October 2025) after policerecognisedhimat aFyshwickservice station.
The man who was subject toGoodBehaviourOrderwill face the ACTMagistratesCourttoday (24 October 2025)charged withjoint commission aggravatedburglary- intent to commit theft and ride/drive motor vehicle without consent.
