* Critical works have delivered upgrades to town water supply infrastructure.
* Safe, reliable and efficient water supply now flowing to the community.
* The $1.937 million project was jointly funded by theAlbaneseandCrisafulli GovernmentsandtheCloncurry Shire Council.
The Dajarra Water Security project is now complete, with a safe,reliableand efficient water supply now flowing to the community through theCloncurrytown's upgraded water infrastructure.
The $1.937 million Dajarra project was jointly funded by the Albanese Government, through the National Water Grid Fund, the Crisafulli Government and Cloncurry Shire Council.
Works completed include:

Replacement of the entire water reticulation network.

The project has strengthened Dajarra's essential infrastructure and services, supporting the community's water needs now and into the future.
Federal Minister for the Environment and Water Murray Watt said every Queensland community, no matter how remote, deservedaccess to safe, reliable water.
"Completion of these works is a major step forward for delivering long term water security in this remote community, providing residents with a safe, reliable and efficient water supply," Minister Watt said.
"The Albanese Government is pleased to invest in this important project."
Queensland Minister for Local Government and Water Ann Leahy saidthe Crisafulli Government was delivering services through a stronger economy, withreliable water infrastructureessential for communities like Dajarra to ensure safe and secure water supply forresidents.
"The Crisafulli Government is investing in the essential services and infrastructure regional and remote communities need to thrive, both now and into the future," Minister Leahy said.
"These upgrades will strengthen water security for Dajarra, supporting local families, businesses and the community's future growth."
Cloncurry Shire Council Mayor Greg Campbell saiditwasgreat to see works now complete on the water supply network replacement, showingthecommitment to the Dajarra community.
"For years, we've faced significant challenges with water quality, reliability, and restrictions due to an ageing and inefficient water network," Mayor Campbell said.
"This project has delivered a secure and sustainable water future for the residents and visitors to Dajarra.
"This is fantastic progress for Dajarra, and I'm excited to see the benefits this project will bring to the community, the opportunity for growth and for families to return to town knowing the services are good and jobs are available."
