SYDNEY, Sept. 16 -- Australian Prudential Regulation Authority issued the following media release:
The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has implemented minor updates to thePrivate Health Insurance (Health Benefits Fund Enforcement) Rules 2025 and the Private Health Insurance (Risk Equalisation Administration) Rules 2025to ensure they are kept up to date and remain in force.These Rules are being remade as they are due to sunset on 1 October 2025.
